$5 Community Class
Every Sunday | 12pm
This 60-minute class is dedicated to giving back to the community, featuring some new(er) instructors who are passionate about teaching. The $5 walk-in minimum donation (feel free to donate more) will be directly donated to a non-profit organization, Africa Yoga Project, that we are thrilled to be supporting! Specifically, the money will help build a playground at an orphanage in Kenya.
Dude's Night at Oui

This is your chance to show those guys in your life what hot power yoga is all about! Ladies Pay, Dudes are free. This can be any man in your life; friends, brothers, dads, husbands, boyfriends, they are all welcome. They've never done yoga, perfect, this is the class for them. Come for the sweat and stay for the socializing after class. Free Sushi and Beer will be served. Ladies, please note, bringing a dude is not a requirement. Who knows you might find one here!

Run & Restore Series
Begins September 6 |
This eight-week running series encourages participants to explore the relationship between running and recovery through yoga. It begins with a 30-minute run, followed by 30 minutes of Yin Yoga poses incorporating poses that are particularly beneficial for runners. Members can register for the series for free. Non-members have the choice of paying for the whole series ($120) or on a drop-in basis ($20 per class).
